This is a Web Development Engineer role at a VP level, which is part of the job family responsible for developing and maintaining software solutions that support business needs.

What you will do
Design and develop highly reliable, scalable, extensible, maintainable, global, and operable products and platforms.
Draft and review design diagrams, interface specifications, class structures, and other design documents.
Build systems that balance resources, constraints, requirements, and complexity
Evangelize technologies, solutions, and best practices developed with the organization
Participate in a network of engineers to share ideas, practices, and experiences
Work closely with product management and development teams
You must enjoy challenging engineering problems. We are looking for someone who can solve complex issues.
What you will bring
10+ years of java development experience - java server technologies like J2EE, servlets.
MS/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology or any other equivalent field.
Experience in designing high volume, and highly available systems, including performance and tuning.
Extensive hands-on experience in Core Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Spring Integration
Design, develop and enhance end to end system solutions based on SOA pattern modeling integration.
Requires experience using Eclipse/JDeveloper for developing SOA composites
Expert knowledge and experience in design of multi-tiered web-based systems
Relevant experience with SOAP and REST based web services, Spring, Spring integration, API Design, design for extensibility and portability.
Experience with hibernate is a must
Extensive experience in Java, Sybase, Oracle, ORMs, SQL, JDBC, Embedded SQL
Relevant experience with JavaScript, JQuery AJAX and related frameworks is a plus.
Subversion, Make, and Maven experience.
Experience in Tomcat, Maven, etc. tools used for Java development
Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming design patterns and methodologies
Knowledge of industry standards and architectures and design and integration principles for complex, heterogeneous systems.
Experience with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)
Creative thinker, self-starter, able to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent inter-personal and communication skills to work with the technical and/or business communities in arriving at appropriate architecture and design for complex applications
