Job Description and Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Support day-to day reception activities, ensuring a professional, welcoming, and well-organized office environment
Serve as a first point of contact for employees regarding office-related questions, requests, and challenges, providing timely and effective solutions
Manage and maintain office inventory, supplies, and equipment, ensuring availability and cost-conscious ordering
Coordinate and cooperate with external vendors and service providers (e.g. catering, cleaning, maintenance, courier services)
Support the organization and execution of office events, meetings, and internal initiatives
Provide operational support across a range of initiatives, campaigns, and events that strengthen the company’s employer brand, in close collaboration with the Employer Branding team
Handle ad hoc tasks and requests assigned by the manager or office leadership, demonstrating flexibility, ownership, and readiness to respond to changing business needs
Support other facilities-related activities and projects as required to ensure smooth daily office operations
Qualifications & Skills:
Very good command of English, both written and spoken
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Proactive, self-starter attitude combined with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Ability to work independently and take initiative in a dynamic office environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented mindset
Flexibility and openness to supporting cross-functional teams

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.
The expected salary range for this role is between following values:
68 000 and 102 000PLNThe final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
