Beam is seeking a Senior Account Executive to help scale our mission of shifting $10B from brands to high-impact nonprofits by building what loyalty would look like for today’s customers. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant individual impact as our products reach millions of users, driving resources to nonprofits and inspiring greater social good.
Responsibilities will include:
- Cultivate and close new partner relationships
- Identify and develop creative channel partnerships to access networks of like-minded brands
- Pitch and test new verticals for business expansion
- Synthesize partner requests into potential new features and collaborate with Product and Partner Success teams to add these to the product roadmap
You’re a great fit if you:
- Have 5+ years of experience as an Account Executive at a startup (ecommerce or SaaS experience is a plus)
- Have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals
- Hold a Bachelor’s Degree or have equivalent experience
- Are analytical, tenacious, energetic, and impact-driven
- Excel at written and in-person storytelling and can extract insights from data
Total Compensation
The total cash compensation for this role is $225,000 - $250,000 OTE per year.
