We’re seeking someone to join our team as a Senior Associate/ Manager with strong analysis and functional design skill to join the Fixed Income, FID, Strategist group to work on ETF Primary and secondary Trading workflows and F2B Programs. The candidate is expected to work across all FID asset classes and contribute to valuation/pricing of derivatives, Computation of ETF NAVs, analysis, stakeholder management, design, implementation and data analytics.
A solid understanding of the Fixed Income businesses is required, and a wider understanding of front-to-back risk and valuation flow is an advantage.
In the Fixed Income division, we work in fast-paced and constantly changing global markets to assess and manage risk, trade securities, manage relationships with clients, and structure and execute innovative transactions

What you'll do in the role:
Beyond technical and business skills, the candidate is expected to be able to communicate well, adapt rapidly and learn fast. Sound judgment will be required to understand and reformulate requirements, evaluate risks, develop adapted solutions finding the right balance between tactical and strategic solutions and offer the best value to our clients, with respect to regulations, compliance and firm procedures.
ETF creation and redemption execution and Build tools to enhance the management of systematic market making book
Develop clean, well designed, and reusable code to compute ETF NAV.
Generate visualization of research and backtest results to support real-time decision making of the ETF trading desk
Work on sophisticated models to help traders accurately assess ETF risk and values
Collaborate closely with the ETF trading desk to support daily data and analytics needs
ETF creation and redemption execution and analysis opportunities for the FIRM.
Data and Risk analysis
Help form a clearing house for emerging issues and requirements and manage them to resolution.
What you'll bring to the role:
Strong understanding of the ETF Business, Primary flows, Fixed Income business and derivative pricing
Strong quantitative skills; knowledge of ETF/macro products and financing rate is a plus
Business analysis discipline; Digging deep beneath the surface to develop the real business requirement.
Strong communication & networking skills.
Project leadership; bringing different teams together to execute on a plan towards a common goal.
Technical Skills:
Intermediate/advanced Python skills required
Intermediate statistics skills required
Intermediate knowledge of database required.
