We are seeking an individual to join our team and specialize in the design, build, integration, and management of Copilot Connectors and Gen AI Agents within the Microsoft ecosystem. This role will focus on extending Microsoft Copilot capabilities across Microsoft 365 using Connectors and Agents, leveraging tools such as Microsoft Copilot Studio and Microsoft Foundry to deliver innovative solutions.

The Workforce Technology team is responsible for delivering enterprise-class end-user productivity solutions, including the design, configuration, and integration of these technologies into the firm.

In the Technology division, we leverage innovation to build the connections and capabilities that power our Firm, enabling our clients and colleagues to redefine markets and shape the future of our communities. This is a Workplace Engineering III position at Director level, which is part of the job family responsible for managing and optimizing the technical environment and end-user experience across various workplace technologies, ensuring seamless operations and user satisfaction across the organization.

What you’ll do in the role:

  • Advise, and collaborate with internal teams on Copilot Connectors and Agents for integrations.

  • Custom Agent development and integration using Copilot Studio and associated tech stack.

  • Design and implementation of Copilot Connectors to enhance Microsoft 365 capabilities.

  • Govern, manage, and support Agents integrated within Copilot ecosystems.

  • Demonstrate foundational knowledge of Generative AI and configure Copilot features across Microsoft 365 applications.

  • Advise on Connector and Agent design aligned with internal standards and Microsoft best practices.

  • Design, build, and manage Connectors using Microsoft Graph and external/on-premises data sources.

  • Build and manage Agents using Agent Builder, Copilot Studio, Agents Toolkit, and optionally Microsoft Foundry.

  • Serve as an escalation point for complex Connector and Agent integration issues, providing advanced troubleshooting and resolution.

  • Work with Power Platform, low-code, and pro-code development teams to onboard solutions into Microsoft 365.

  • Apply AI governance frameworks and tools such as Agent 365 for risk monitoring.

  • Develop playbooks and guidelines for consistent adoption and compliance.

  • Apply strong problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose issues and deliver effective solutions.

  • Stakeholders and cross-functional teams communication.

  • Continuously learn and adopt new technologies to ensure successful delivery in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • A minimum of 5+ years of IT experience with a minimum of 2 years' experience delivering Microsoft 365 solutions.

  • A degree in computer sciences or another related area.

  • Track record of design and delivering Copilot Connectors, Copilot Agents and Integrations.

  • Experience in M365 and Copilot deployments.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Prior experience of working in financial services or consulting firm preferred.

  • Expertise in Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform.

  • Proven experience in building and deploying AI Agents and integrations in enterprise environments.

  • Strong knowledge of Connectors for extending Copilot and integrating external data sources

  • Understanding of enterprise data governance, privacy, and compliance in AI solutions.

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Agents Toolkit, Agents SDK, and Agent Framework.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Foundry and Agent 365 governance approaches.

  • Working knowledge of Copilot Integration APIs (e.g., Chat API, Retrieval API).

  • Experience with security and compliance tools such as Purview DLP and Information Protection.

  • Knowledge of MCS servers, OAuth-based integration, and relevant architectures.

  • Prior experience with Power Platform, Prompt Engineering, and Workflow Orchestration.

  • Prior experience with agent creation and familiarity with AI tools beyond Copilot is desirable.

  • Proficiency in Python, TypeSpec, PowerShell, and automation and integration tasks.

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and observability tools for enterprise-scale deployments.

  • Familiarity with M365 core services: Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive for Business, M365 Office apps, Purview, Entra ID, and Graph API.

  • Excellent communications skills

  • Experience working in globally distributed teams and liaising with engineering and vendor support team.
