Job Details
What You'll Do:
- Oversee all activities related to Pismo’s office operations.
- Manage access control and welcome visitors, ensuring a positive on-site experience.
- Support the organization of gatherings and large meetings.
- Supervise the proper functioning of office equipment and facilities.
- Control office supplies and ensure adequate stock levels.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and security requirements.
- Oversee and coordinate external services when applicable.
This is a remote position. A remote position does not require job duties be performed within proximity of a Visa office location. Remote positions may be required to be present at a Visa office with scheduled notice.
Qualifications
- For this role, you must be based in Brazil
Basic Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent, or relevant work experience.
- At least 1 year of professional work experience.
- Good communication skills.
- Flexibility to handle unexpected situations.
- Willingness to provide an excellent experience to employees and clients visiting the office.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Discreet and professional behavior.
- Experience with inventory control.
- Experience organizing gatherings and events.
- Experience with access control.
