    Position Overview
     

    Fusion is one of Autodesk’s fastest growing businesses, and the Land team sits at the front lines of that growth. We are hiring a Fusion Land Sales Specialist to bring new customers into the Fusion ecosystem and introduce modern design and manufacturing workflows to companies that are often new to Fusion and new to Autodesk.
     

    This is a digital first inside sales role. You will respond to inbound leads, qualify interest, and engage customers over phone and zoom to understand their business needs. Your job is to uncover where Fusion delivers immediate value, identify additional stakeholders who would benefit from the platform, gain access to decision makers, and close new customers.

    If you want to be on the front lines of a breakout product and directly own customer acquisition, this is the role.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Respond quickly to inbound Fusion leads and engage customers with urgency

    • Run discovery conversations to understand business needs, workflows, and buying intent

    • Identify additional users, teams, and stakeholders inside accounts who would benefit from Fusion

    • Navigate toward power by uncovering decision makers and building multi-threaded engagement

    • Position Fusion’s cloud native design and manufacturing platform against real customer pain

    • Run end to end virtual sales cycles including qualification, solution alignment, objection handling, and close

    • Partner with technical sales and product specialists to support demos and solution validation when needed

    • Maintain disciplined pipeline management, clean opportunity hygiene, and strong follow up in Salesforce

    • Leverage modern sales tools to increase velocity, improve qualification, and sharpen execution

    • Capture insights and patterns that help improve lead quality and land motion effectiveness

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Experience in inside sales, inbound lead qualification, or new customer acquisition

    • Comfort running fast paced phone and zoom based sales cycles

    • Strong discovery instincts and curiosity about customer workflows

    • Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences

    • Confidence engaging multiple stakeholders and progressing conversations toward decision makers

    • Interest in cloud-based platforms, AI enabled workflows, and modern manufacturing technology

    • Competitive drive, resilience, and comfort operating in a high growth sales environment

    How You Will Be Measured

    • ACV closed from new Fusion customers.

    • Average deal size and ability to expand opportunity scope during the land motion.

    • Pipeline creation and progression.

    • Forecast accuracy and execution discipline.
