Bilingual Talent Acquisition Apprentice

In this role, you will have the opportunity to get to know and learn in depth about the activities specific to a Talent Attraction professional. You will collaborate closely with teams from different countries, which will allow you to acquire a global vision and enrich your experience with diverse cultures and ways of working.
Key Responsibilities
Support LATAM recruitment and selection processes, acting as the main point of contact for candidates throughout all hiring stages.
Coordinate interviews and assessments, managing schedules and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Manage the ATS (iCIMS), ensuring accurate data, updated candidate stages, and proper documentation control.
Provide operational and administrative support, including review of documentation in English, offer management, and maintenance of templates and process guides.
Participate in strategic Talent Acquisition initiatives such as employer branding, diversity, DEIB, talent insights, and operational excellence projects.
