As a Marketing Intern for Stryker’s Instruments division in Amsterdam, you will join the Northern Europe BeNeLux Marketing team, focusing on Neurosurgery, CMF, and ENT.

This internship offers an exciting and impactful learning experience where you’ll gain hands-on exposure to local Marketing and Product Management within a leading global MedTech company. What You’ll Learn & Support

• Support the creation and implementation of compelling value propositions and marketing strategies.

• Contribute to the development of marketing materials and assist in conducting market research and analysis.

• Support the coordination and evaluation of customer events, product launches, and other marketing initiatives.

• Help gather and analyze competitive data to provide actionable market insights.

• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and collaborative projects to enhance communication and learning.

• Support the marketing and sales teams in ongoing initiatives that promote our products across the BeNeLux region.

What You Need

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business (Administration), Marketing, Communications, Medical, or related fields.

• It is required to be enrolled in a university for the entire duration of the internship.

• Eligible to pursue an internship in the Netherlands.

• Eager to learn, creative, and collaborative.

• Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and analytical skills.

• Proficiency in English is required. Dutch and/or French are a plus.

• Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
