We're seeking someone to join our team as Corporate Services (CS) Sustainability Director to contribute to our sustainability strategic and tactical work.

What you'll do in the role:
- Support development and execution of CS sustainability strategy, including environmental resource use, and long term operational sustainability planning
- Translate sustainability data, regulatory developments, and internal performance insights into strategic narratives, decision frameworks, and recommendations for leadership
- Lead and support project management for sustainability initiatives, including defining scopes, coordinating deliverables, tracking progress, and escalating risks or dependencies
- Facilitate team meetings, working sessions, and cross functional working groups, helping drive alignment, document decisions, and maintain momentum across stakeholders
- Partner closely with sustainability data, reporting, and technology leads to ensure strategic priorities are informed by high quality data and operational realities
- Drive sustainability engagement across the Corporate Services division and partner with the Global Sustainability Office on Firm sustainability engagement
- Support preparation of materials for senior leadership, committees, and broader stakeholder forums, including strategy updates, roadmaps, and progress reporting
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across Corporate Services and the Firm (e.g., Global Sustainability Office, Finance, Real Estate, Technology, Procurement), acting as the connector between strategy and execution,

What you'll bring to the role:
- Excellent communication skills, including experience preparing materials for leadership, facilitating discussions, and driving alignment across diverse stakeholder groups
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear strategic insights and recommendations
- Demonstrated project and program management capabilities, with experience coordinating multi workstream initiatives and managing timelines, dependencies, and deliverables
- Familiarity with evolving climate regulations, standards, and voluntary frameworks, with experience supporting strategy development in a regulatory or disclosure driven environment
- Comfort working with sustainability data and analytical tools (including advanced Excel), and the ability to partner effectively with data and technology specialists
- At least 5 years of experience in sustainability, strategy, engineering, data science, consulting, or related roles, with demonstrated exposure to enterprise scale initiatives
