We are looking for a Delivery Customer Success Manager – Microsoft Licensing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will advise customers on licensing matters, ensure compliance, optimize licensing costs, and provide support throughout the entire contract lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Account Managers, Solution Specialists, Marketing, and other internal teams to support Microsoft-related initiatives
- Prepare Microsoft RFPs and support up-selling and cross-selling activities for existing customers
- Contribute to targeted customer campaigns and participate in internal and external presentations as a Microsoft solutions expert
- Provide Microsoft licensing support, including internal training and education for the SLM/SAM team
- Manage Microsoft quotations, order documentation, and enterprise contract processes
- Support sales teams with strategic customer engagements, helping develop business plans and maximize commercial opportunities
