OnsiteRaytheon - Advance Products Solution (APS) is seeking a Program Manager - Principal Specialist (Program Management) to manage program activity within the Raytheon Vision Systems - Tactical Missiles and Seeker Sub-Strategic Business Unit (SSBU).
What You Will Do:
Manage key activities within assigned programs
Serve as Proposal Lead for new contracts; manage program-level proposal development process from kickoff through contract award
Coordinate program reviews, meetings, internal handoffs and customer deliveries
Partner with Integrated Product Team (IPT) on scope implementation and resolution of issues
Collaborate cross functionally to establish working relationships with team members in contracts, finance, planning, engineering, supply chain, quality, and operations
Identify and implement key program metrics and cultivate corrective actions as required

Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires a bachelor’s degree with 5 years of relevant experience
Experience with program/project management or related experience, managing cost, schedules or technical performance on a program
Experience supporting proposal activities
Experience with one or more of the following: financial and problem analysis, Cost Account Manager (CAM), Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS), Estimate at Completion (EACs), Risk & Opportunity Management
Experience working with Microsoft Office Suites (Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
An active and transferrable Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for the required security clearance
Qualifications We Prefer:
Experience in proposal development activities, responding to Request for Information (RFIs), and supporting negotiations
Prior experience supporting development, production and/or sustainment programs
Experience in cross functional communication and leadership
Demonstrated experience in contracts management
Program Management Certified Level 5 or Equivalent, or ability to obtain within 12 months
