Wealth Management (WM) Platforms manages industry-leading platforms, across all WM channels and client segments, to provide a unified digital experience, unlock growth, and deliver efficiencies for Advisors, Clients, and Institutions. WM Platforms consists of ten sub-teams including: Field Experience & Platforms, Digital Client Experience & Platforms, Workplace Platforms, Automation & Workflow, Digital Trading & Investing, Generative AI, UX Design & Research, Strategy & Execution, WM Platforms Risk, and the Chief Operating Office.

What you’ll do in the role:
- Support the rollout and scaling of approved AI tools and AI Agents across Financial Advisor and WM teams.
- Assist in delivering hands‑on engagement, including workflow walkthroughs, office hours, and training sessions with Financial Advisors and their teams.
- Help document advisor workflows, pain points, and use cases, and translate them into clear requirements and adoption materials.
- Coordinate day‑to‑day activities for adoption initiatives, including scheduling, content preparation, tracking actions, and follow‑ups.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of adoption assets such as how‑to guides, prompt libraries, use‑case catalogs, and training materials.
- Support deployment, testing, and iteration of AI Agents and automation solutions alongside product and engineering partners.
- Collect and synthesize user feedback to identify adoption gaps, enhancement opportunities, and common issues.
- Help track adoption metrics and usage trends; assist in preparing summaries and reports for senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional partners including product, engineering, legal, risk, compliance, and WM business teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Support field activation programs such as champions/captains networks, agent jams, prompt‑a‑thons, and training events.
- Expected travel: within US, up to 80%, based on business needs
Skills Required:
- 2–5+ years of experience in financial services, consulting, operations, technology, product, or change management roles.
- Exposure to Wealth Management, Financial Advisors, or client‑facing teams preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Strong interest in AI, automation, and workflow improvement in a regulated environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, coordinate stakeholders, and execute reliably.
- Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Execution and follow‑through.
- Curiosity and learning mindset around AI and emerging technologies.

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $58,000 and$115,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
