Job Details
To support the implementation and ongoing application of the organisation’s Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) standards, while providing administrative and procurement support to the EHS function.
Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Basic knowledge of workplace risk assessment and hazard identification.
Key Competencies:
- Ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently, including documentation and reporting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with health and safety legislation and best practices.
- Confidence in communicating and negotiating with suppliers.
Minimum Requirements:
General:
- Preferably: RSA Citizen
- Preferably: Youth
Education:
- Preferably: Higher Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety (e.g., NOSA SAMTRAC or equivalent).
Pay rate will not be below any applicable local minimum wage rates.
