We are seeking a dynamic Partner Account Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for managing and developing our Partner portfolio with a strong business understanding, driving innovation and ensuring profitability for both our Partners and Crayon (a SoftwareOne Company). You will coordinate internal resources for development, sales and deliveries and create strategic plans to support Partner goals.
Other responsibilities will include:
- Being the primary contact for Partners with Crayon & SoftwareOne and responsible for knowing all of Crayon & SoftwareOne’s delivery areas
- Developing Partner plans which include a governance model, aiming at the right level with Partner (preferably C-level)
- Understanding Partner’s business, strategy and challenges as well as secure ongoing initiatives with Partner
- Responsibility for running and owning the sales and delivery processes with Partners
- Being proactive and gaining good knowledge of your own market, including competitors and sharing market trends, synergies and news with stakeholders
