This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and enjoys building strong relationships. As a Regional Associate, you’ll support a dynamic team of Senior Consultants (Wholesalers) and Regional Consultants (Inside sales), helping drive strategic initiatives and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
You’ll be part of a collaborative national sales team that values communication, adaptability, and a people-first approach. The role involves coordinating with multiple team members, managing logistics, and contributing to a positive team culture. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, proactive, and an excellent communicator.
If you enjoy working with others, solving problems, and contributing to a positive team culture, this could be a great fit. This is a client-facing role supporting territories in both Ontario and Quebec. Proficiency in English and French is required.
You Will be Responsible For:
Schedule advisor meetings as directed by the Senior Consultant
Support territory teams in coordinating branch meetings and small events, including on-site execution, catering and venue arrangements, attendance tracking and material preparation.
Manage general administrative tasks for your territory teams, such as calendar coordination and expense reporting.
Upload and allocate client spend data in a timely manner for all assigned territory teams.
Proactively share progress updates with you territory teams to ensure alignment.
Contribute ideas for best practices and promotional events.
Maintain accurate notes and contact information in Salesforce.
Coordinate access to marketing materials and ensure timely distribution.
Manage the distribution and tracking of promotional items in line with gifting policies.
Champion service-related issues for advisors, ensuring resolution aligns with Invesco’s policies and procedures.
Support preparation for Consultant meetings and branch presentations.
Understand and apply Invesco’s Sales Practice policies and Dealer Rules of Engagement.
Provide guidance on rules, regulations, and internal policies to territory teams and external advisors.
Facilitate co-operative (co-op) marketing requests, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to approval processes.
Track and communicate the status of co-op requests to Consultants and clients.
Proficiency (both written and oral) in English and French is required

Post-secondary education (business, commerce, administration), or equivalent work experience

The salary range for this position in Toronto is $60,000 Base/year. The total compensation offered for this position includes salary and incentive pay and will vary based on skills, experience and location
