Job Details
What you will do:
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and key accounts to drive sales and account growth.
- Communicate effectively and build relationships with stakeholders and customers, respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve challenges.
- Manage and prioritize sales activities to maximize market potential.
- Conduct product evaluations in Operating Room and office settings comfortably.
- Provide comprehensive Stryker product knowledge and training to HCPs
- Manage and maintain sample inventory of products meticulously.
- Adhere to compliance and the principles of responsibility.
- Participate in and represent Stryker at industry events and conferences as required.
What you need:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinical healthcare/sales role (or a combination of the two). - with required Sales & Clinical support certificates approved by MOH
- Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office suite programs including Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals.
- Knowledge and experience with sales techniques, marketing strategies, product demonstrations and sales control systems.
- Proficiency in English
- Knowledge of Medical Device environment & Medical Device regulations is required.
- Proven performance and continuous success in reaching sales targets
- Strong teamwork and networking skills.
- Commercial and business awareness.
- Valid driving license.
Preferred:
- Medical device related fields or B2B sales experience
- Knowledge in Brain & ENT or Orthopedic Surgery Therapies
- Experience in clinical work environment
- Residing or willing to reside in İzmir
