Job Details
- Responsibility of all legal matters within SoftwareONE’s subsidiaries in China and Hong Kong
- Saupport of group legal department in regards to Subsidiaries outside of China
- Full range of legal matters with a focus on software licensing and IT services agreements
- Reviewing and negotiating licensing agreements and international supplier-, partner- and customer contracts
- Coordination of the legal relationship with external lawyers and consultants
- Legal support and oversight of various projects and business divisions in an international environment
- Global day to day legal business such as documentation and contract management
- Support of our Sales, Finance, Procurement and HR organization
