We're seeking someone to join our COO team as a Project Manager and Coordinator in Technology Risk to provide end-to-end operational oversight and leadership across the super department.
This role is responsible for day to day operational management, ensuring effective execution of strategic initiatives, disciplined resource and budget oversight, and high-quality management communications.
In the Technology division, we leverage innovation to build the connections and capabilities that power our Firm, enabling our clients and colleagues to redefine markets and shape the future of our communities. This is a Technology Leadership & Strategy III position at Director level.

What you'll do in the role:
Contribute to the function through complex project tasks and initiatives.
Interact regularly with team members and occasionally leadership on a range of topics.
Interact with members of the Business Management team within Finance, and the CDRR PMO.
Identify and implement opportunities to simplify, standardise, and automate operational processes to increase capacity and efficiency.
Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues, escalating where necessary to ensure timely delivery.
Partner with project leads and PMO resources to ensure clear accountability, prioritization, and execution discipline.
Own and maintain resource views across Technology Risk, including headcount, role profiles, location strategy, and capacity allocation. What you'll bring to the role:
Ability to process information, translate into plans and present summaries to stakeholders.
What you'll bring to the role:
Experienced understanding of business line and discipline.
Strong experience in an operations, COO, Chief of Staff, or senior PMO role within Technology, Risk, or Financial Services.
Robust understanding of operating models, governance, and financial management in a complex, global environment.
Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, prioritise effectively, and operate with pace and control.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience producing materials for senior stakeholders.
At least 4 years relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role.
Experience working across global teams and multiple time zones would be desirable.
Highly organised, structured, and detail-oriented, with strong execution discipline.
