DESCRIPTION
Job Summary:
Coordinates documents and gathers and inputs data related to assigned administrative support duties for a team, department, function or other organizational leader/group. Completes work with a limited degree of supervision.

- Coordinate and manage daily administrative operations for a team or department
- Conduct research, prepare reports, and manage data in spreadsheets, databases, and other office systems
- Process financial documents, billing, and payments while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality
- Schedule meetings, answer phones, and assist visitors with professionalism and efficiency
- Maintain departmental policies, procedures, and records
- Support team projects, process improvements, and other initiatives as needed
RESPONSIBILITIES
In order to be successful in this role you will need the following:
- 2 plus years of administrative or office support experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and workflow or reporting systems
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining clear communication
- Experience handling confidential information with discretion and accuracy
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to support colleagues and provide guidance when needed
QUALIFICATIONS
Looking for candidate with 2 to 3 years customer service experience, preferably in the power generation service business.
Education, Licenses, Certifications:
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Experience:
Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
Compensation and Benefits
