Job Description

Supports the Brand Manager in the execution of marketing plans across Argentina / Chile. This role combines operational excellence, analytical support, and strong coordination skills to ensure flawless implementation of brand activities — from promotional materials and events to tracking performance metrics.


Qualifications

Brand Execution & Project Management

• Execute local brand plans, launches, and activations across Argentina / Chile in alignment with regional strategy.

• Lead timeline management of all marketing initiatives, ensuring on-time and on-budget execution.

• Lead event logistics and materials development (KVs, invitations, save-the-dates, etc.) and liaise with key stakeholders.

• Act as local marketing point of contact for IFT, ensuring deployment of marketing campaigns, promotions, and POS materials.

Budget & Governance

• Coordinate agencies and suppliers for tactical initiatives, managing logistics, POs, contracts, payments, and budget control.

• Own budget tracking and support monthly financial closing processes and reporting.

• Ensure proper documentation for Compliance and internal approvals.

Materials & Demand Planning

• Manage production and stock of marketing materials; coordinate updates and reorders as needed.

• Support forecasting and demand planning for promotional materials and launch kits, ensuring accurate stock control and inventory management.

Performance & Market Intelligence

• Track and analyze performance of campaigns, events, and activations (sell-in/sell-out, uptake, engagement, etc.) and prepare post-action reviews.

• Monitor market dynamics and competitor activity, providing periodic reports and insights.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

• Prepare communication materials and updates for the Sales Team.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Compliance, Medical Affairs, AMI, and Commercial teams.

• Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes, respond to market needs, and propose new ideas or tools that add value to the business.


Additional Information

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in Marketing or Trade Marketing Roles roles within FMCG, Beauty, or Consumer Luxury companies (mandatory).
  • Strong project management and execution capabilities.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Solid budget management and financial tracking skills.
  • Experience coordinating agencies and external suppliers.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to track KPIs and prepare performance reports.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
