As part of Wealth Management Technology division, we're seeking someone to join our Digital Engagement & Analytics team as a Hands-on Dev Lead in CRM space to drive the adoption of AI based technologies to enhance business operations and achieve strategic goals. This position is responsible for identifying opportunities where new technologies can streamline processes, improve efficiency, and create competitive advantages by collaborating closely with various business units.

What you'll do in the role:
CRM Dev-Lead with AI role is pivotal in driving the adoption of innovative CRM / Salesforce technologies , including AI, to enhance business operations and achieve strategic goals. This position is responsible for identifying opportunities where new technologies can streamline processes, improve efficiency, and create competitive advantages. By collaborating closely with various business units, the CRM/SF Dev-Lead will ensure that technology related initiatives are aligned with the overall business objectives and contribute to long-term success.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of both the technological landscape and the business environment, enabling them to provide strategic advice and proactive solutions. They will leverage their expertise to implement technology-driven improvements that support digital transformation, innovation, and sustainability. This role is not just about providing technical support but about empowering the business to harness the full potential of new technologies.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead the India CRM Salesforce development teams(FTE+CN)
- Lead the design of SF solutions, drive the project, incorporate AI frameworks including Agentforce / OpenAI SDK / Agentic AI, as applicable, and develop automations to improve SLAs and reduce tedious / manual activities, thus increasing end-user productivity
- Managing communication and partnering with our end users
- Expand existing CRM applications, including multiple SF orgs(Retail/ Corp/ Digital Direct, etc.), and related instances
- Identify, design and implement internal process improvements that automate manual processes to achieve scalability and cost-reduction
- Work across all aspects of the product life cycle: design, development, deployment and end-user support.
- Designing and develop applications using technologies mentioned below
- Participating in our agile ceremonies and actively driving towards the team's goals.
- Working independently using modern software development practices.
- Working collaboratively with a global team of technologists and CRM/ Contact Center business
- Leading with ideas and innovation.
- Managing communication and partnering with our end users to design solutions.
What you'll bring to the role:
- 10+ years of Industry/IT experience & 7+ years of CRM development experience
- Candidate should have CRM background, primarily Salesforce, but better if they also know other market CRM products like Zoho CRM, Microsoft dynamics, SugarCRM, etc
- Should be fluent in use of copilot/ GenAI, including use of context files, MD files, switch between various LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.)
- Should be strong in building AgentForce based solution, which enables integration of various LLMs in CRM products
- May have done patents in CRM / Agentic space
- Strong focus on Innovation
- Deep expertise in Salesforce platform technologies, including Apex, Triggers, Batches, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL/SOSL.
- Strong experience in developing API integration, both inbound and outbound
- Experience with UI technology – HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Experience and know-how around DEV-OPS side, including Flosum/ Copado/ Gearset/ BlueCanvas, etc.
- Familiar with AppExchange products, Instrumentation and observability aspects of Salesforce
- Familiar with related SF clouds – Marketing cloud, Community cloud, Service Cloud, FSC, etc.
- Should have worked on re-usable solutions, including managed package, etc.
- Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing AI-powered solutions on the Salesforce platform.
- Hands-on experience with emerging AI technologies and frameworks such as Agentforce, Agentic AI, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in integrating third-party AI services, with direct experience using the OpenAI SDK and similar APIs.
- Ability to lead, mentor, and grow a team of developers in a fast-paced, innovative environment focused on AI and Salesforce.
- Strong architectural skills, with the ability to design scalable, secure, and high-performance applications that leverage both Salesforce and AI capabilities.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a passion for tackling complex challenges at the intersection of CRM and artificial intelligence.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
