As our new Pre-Sales consultant for ITPM & FinOps, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with our sales teams and clients to understand their requirements, scope, and size opportunities effectively.
Your primary responsibilities will revolve around providing technical support and translating customer requirements into tailored solutions to meet client needs, identifying opportunities for cross-selling, and upselling. Additionally, you will define margins in alignment with both sales and delivery teams, drafting statements of work, and curating a repository of solution collaterals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with sales teams and clients to scope and size opportunities, assess requirements, and align proposed solutions with client objectives and SoftwareOne capabilities
- Design tailored solutions, deliver presentations or demos as required, define commercial margins with sales and delivery teams, and produce clear statements of work (SOWs)
- Create, maintain, and evolve solution collateral such as case studies, white papers, and presentations, working closely with marketing to support the sales process
- Act as a subject matter expert by staying current on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies, and bringing market insight into client engagements
- Support the full sales cycle with technical guidance, identify cross- and upsell opportunities, and contribute to strategic planning and growth initiatives
