Summary:
In this role, you will support the programming team by gathering and organizing the data, insights, and client feedback that drive program strategy. You will ensure client perspectives are captured, programming is data-informed, and the team has timely intelligence to anticipate emerging issues and opportunities. You will work closely with the Manager of Programming and VP of Programming, as well as directly with clients, to deliver high-quality, relevant, and actionable programming.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate the annual Executive Compensation Survey process end-to-end, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and value for clients.
Maintain data on vendors used by client plans, creating a reliable vendor resource.
Gather and organize intelligence from across the network, including news, case studies, and updates, to share with clients.
Support team scorecard activities and understand available data sources.
Distribute and analyze satisfaction surveys for events and webinars, summarizing feedback for team use.
Identify trends in client feedback and present findings in clear, digestible formats.
Monitor and manage client discussion forums to ensure timely and professional engagement.
Track and report client engagement metrics, including participation and activity data.
Conduct ad hoc research to support program evaluation and client experience initiatives.
Provide light support for webinars and events, including registrations, presentation collection, and logistics.
Qualifications:
Relevant degree preferred.
2 or more years of relevant experience required.
Strong analytical and data-organization skills.
Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative information into actionable insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency with survey tools and basic data visualization preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Comfort engaging directly with clients in a professional manner.
Ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Willingness to travel.
Estimated Hiring Range:
At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $59,600.00 to $101,200.00.This position is also incentive eligible.
