We are seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Migration Consultant to support a Tenant-to-Tenant migration project for approximately 800 users in Guarulhos, Brazil. The consultant will work closely with the customer’s local IT team and a global project team to assess the current environment, plan the migration strategy, and assist with the execution and documentation of the migration process.

This role requires strong technical expertise in Microsoft 365 services, hands-on experience with Quest migration tools, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both local and international stakeholders.

• Conduct information-gathering sessions and design workshops with the customer’s IT team in Brazil to plan the Microsoft 365 Tenant-to-Tenant migration.

• Collaborate with the global project team and Microsoft stakeholders to align on the overall migration strategy.

• Support migration activities using Quest On Demand Migration (ODM) T3, including scheduling and managing migration jobs for Brazil users.

• Assist with Quest migration agent installation on user devices.

• Facilitate and support cutover activities during the migration process.

• Identify and help resolve migration-related issues during testing and execution.
