As a Presales Solution Architect – Security, you will partner with Security Sales Specialists to help customers understand, design, and adopt Microsoft’s Security solutions. You will translate business challenges into technical solutions, create architectural designs, and deliver workshops and demonstrations. Your expertise will directly contribute to customer success, business growth, and the advancement of secure digital transformation.
- Partner with Security Sales Specialists to understand customer needs and translate business challenges into technical solutions using Microsoft Security technologies.
- Create architectural designs, solution roadmaps, and documentation that align Microsoft’s security capabilities to customer security priorities.
- Deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concepts to showcase Microsoft’s security solutions in action.
- Provide deep technical knowledge of Microsoft Defender (Endpoint, Identity, Cloud, Office 365), Microsoft Sentinel (SIEM/SOAR), Microsoft Purview (Compliance & Data Governance), Microsoft Entra ID (Identity & Access Management), and Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Management).
- Guide customers on implementing Zero Trust principles to protect identities, devices, apps, data, and infrastructure.
- Differentiate Microsoft Security solutions from competitors, addressing objections and aligning technical value to business outcomes.
- Work closely with Microsoft account teams, partners, and technical specialists to drive co-selling motions.
- Stay current with Microsoft’s evolving security offerings and the broader cybersecurity landscape to provide forward-looking guidance.
