We are looking for a talented student to join our Student to Work Program in Indianapolis, IN.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Work with GDBUE Leader(s) and team to maintain our SharePoint and Product Catalog page (ex. Collect content from leaders, upload them on our SharePoint site.)
  • Work with GDBUE Leader(s) and team to deploy agentic AI on Product Catalog SharePoint (webpage).
  • Identity gaps and needs that our SharePoint site would need in the future.
  • Deploy agentic AI on to SharePoint webpage, to enhance workflow efficiencies, ease of use, increase productivity and utility of global Engineered Products.
  • Work with compliance team to list product information relevant from a compliance perspective
  • Work with regional teams to ID other products besides standard engineered products in their portfolio

RESPONSIBILITIES

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • Strong computer skills required, to include basic computer navigation, typing, data entry.
  • Prefer experience working with the following Microsoft Suite software applications: Word, Excel (basic), PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Effective interpersonal skills, including verbal communications.
  • Preference is given to candidates who can work the full 9 weeks of STW Employee experience
  • Effective writing skills.

Pre‑Collegiate High School Senior, Class of 2026

QUALIFICATIONS

DAILY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

PROFESSIONAL NETWORK DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES

STW Employee will be able to participate in coaching and development within the Global Sales Operations organization and other departments as interested. There will be opportunities to meet with sponsors from other areas within the organization to learn what they do and skills required to be successful. Position will include working with a leader focused on development and corporate responsibility. STW Employees will participate in a full calendar of STW Employee events including leadership speaker sessions, corporate responsibility activity, and training.
