Platform Specialist- Office365

Scope: Full-time | Office: Medellín  | Hybrid

How a day to day would look like in this role:

• Administer and provide advanced support for Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms, with a focus on SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and Exchange Online, using their respective admin centers.

• Manage sites, site collections, libraries, and lists in SharePoint; implement workflows and enforce information governance policies.

• Configure security, compliance, and access control policies, managing permissions, users, and guest access through Entra ID.

• Monitor enterprise connectivity, secure storage, and user experience across OneDrive clients and SharePoint Designer.

• Support the administration and monitoring of capacity, availability, and security, including tenant and external domain management.

• Contribute to usage analysis, licensing, and reporting using Purview M365 and the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.

• Perform basic tasks in Active Directory, IP routing, and addressing to ensure seamless integration between cloud services and infrastructure.
