The MAVYRET Consumer marketing team strives to reach, educate, and motivate people at risk for contracting hepatitis C virus (hep C) to get tested and for those diagnosed to seek treatment and get cured, to stop the spread and advance elimination of hep C.
The Marketing Manager will be expected to contribute to all aspects of MAVYRET consumer marketing, including analyzing data and generating insights, creating engaging new tactics across two campaigns, and optimizing a multi-channel media plan, as well as being responsible for leading external agencies to develop best-in-class marketing that resonates with patients in a competitive environment.
The candidate must be able to operate in a fast-paced organization and deliver high quality outcomes in partnership with internal and external stakeholders to achieve strategic objectives. Additionally, the candidate must develop and maintain strong working relationships with cross-functional partners to drive business results in a compelling, effective, and timely way. Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely and foster positive working relationships with internal partners, such as Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Digital Lab, Market Research and Business Analytics
- Direct external agencies (creative, media, and patient advocacy) to elevate and execute strategic tasks that successfully drive the business, including but not limited to:
- Managing multiple end-to-end creative workstreams across all channels (website, print, paid social, digital, POC) as well as delivering additional needs for internal meetings and events
- Recruiting and onboarding new patients, conducting interviews and developing new patient testimonial content
- Managing budgets and ensuring marketing initiatives are delivered on time and within scope
- Leading yearly media briefing and planning process
- Lead the branded asset promotional approval process (Veeva) and adhere to compliance and regulatory requirements in all marketing activities and lead the branded asset promotional approval process (Veeva)
- Partner with insights team to conduct market analysis, gather customer insights, and identify opportunities to enhance brand performance and optimize media investments
- Continuously engage with and support HCP and Sales teams to fully execute against the brand’s strategic and tactical plans
- Measure and report the effectiveness of marketing initiatives to Senior Leadership
- Future leadership of yearly cross-functional brand planning process
- Demonstrate strong communication, leadership, and project management skills and the ability to lead without authority
- Bachelors degree required
- 3-5 years of biopharmaceutical or other equivalent (relevant) experience required (i.e., device, diagnostics, or CPG)
- Experience working with and managing multiple external agencies including advertising, digital, database agencies and internal cross functional partners.
- DTC mass media (TV, Paid Social, Web/Digital) experience
- Competency in core marketing capabilities such as translating insights into messages, creative development, and optimization across the marketing mix
- Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams, including timeline and budget management
- Ability to understand medical/clinical aspects of a pharmaceutical product and its application to marketing strategy and tactical execution
- Success working in a matrixed organization to drive alignment to brand objectives
- Experience leading or supporting strategic and tactical planning
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is eligible to participate in our short-term incentive programs.
