We are looking for an Account Technology Specialist (Microsoft) who will define and drive the Microsoft technology strategy for key enterprise customers. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor helping clients articulate the value of cloud, security, AI, and modern workplace transformation while aligning their needs with SoftwareOne’s services and capabilities. 

You will work closely with Account Managers and cross‑functional presales and delivery teams, guiding customers through cloud roadmaps, orchestrating complex solution designs, and supporting the adoption of Microsoft cloud and AI technologies, including Copilot and emerging AI innovation. 

Key responsibilities 

• Develop and own customer technology roadmaps across Microsoft 365, Azure, Security, Data & AI, and Copilot adoption 

• Lead workshops, value assessments, and technical envisioning sessions with IT and business stakeholders 

• Guide customers on adopting modern cloud and AI solutions such as Microsoft Fabric, Copilot, Foundry, automation, and zero‑trust frameworks 

• Ensure solution proposals include strong architecture, governance, compliance (incl. NIS2, EU AI Act), and cost optimization principles 

• Collaborate with presales and delivery teams to orchestrate end‑to‑end solution execution and transformation initiatives 

• Translate business priorities into actionable implementation plans and promote best practices throughout the customer lifecycle
