We have an opportunity for an experienced Diesel Mechanic to join our workshop team specialising in fuel injection and sub-assembly component repairs & maintenance across on-highway, construction, mining, and agriculture customers based at our Mackay branch.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Complete repairs and maintenance of fuel injection systems & sub-assembly components
- When required assist with engine rebuilding and reconditioning
- Disassemble, inspect, and clean engines and components
RESPONSIBILITIES
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
- Ideally will have Heavy Vehicle Diesel trade qualification - Heavy Vehicle Mechanic/Plant Mechanic or Diesel Fitter (to Australian standards)
- Light Vehicle qualification will be considered, with Heavy vehicle/parts experience
- Previous fuel room & sub-assembly component rebuild experience or willingness to train in this field
