You will be responsible for shaping and executing technical and product roadmaps, ensuring solutions are thoughtfully designed, scalable, and aligned with both customer workflows and organizational priorities.
As a senior leader with extensive experience in software development and enterprise application delivery, you will guide architectural decisions, design reviews, and engineering best practices across a modern technology stack. Exposure to emerging technologies such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Agentic AI will further support continuous innovation. Experience with low‑code/no‑code platforms and mobile or tablet development is a valued addition, allowing you to expand solution flexibility and accelerate time to value.

- Program & Governance Leadership: Own governance for all software engineering programs and projects executed or supported by the team, ensuring alignment with standards, timelines, and business outcomes.
- Operational Reporting & Executive Communication: Compile, analyze, and present clear management reports on team performance, metrics, and deliverable status, while proactively communicating progress, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership.
- Process, Security & Compliance Oversight: Ensure consistent adherence to internal IT processes, policies, and procedures, including IT security, risk management, and compliance requirements.
- Customer & Stakeholder Engagement: Actively engage with internal and external customers within assigned business areas to understand needs, translate them into technical solutions, and deliver measurable business value.
- Financial Stewardship & Business Partnership: Manage financial aspects of the software organization, including AOP planning, budgeting, forecasting, and software spend, while building strong business relationships through effective Business Relationship Management practices.
