We are looking for an enthusiastic student to join our team specializing in Customer Order Management – Wholegoods operations for our Power Generation & Engine business segment in San Fernando de Henares, Madrid.

  • Coordinate the acceptance of finished generator sets from suppliers, including readiness and collection dates.
  • Maintain daily communication with suppliers to confirm production status and resolve missing information.
  • Update and manage order data in Movex/SAP, including delivery dates, serial numbers, and logistics details.
  • Verify accuracy and completeness of supplier documentation (test reports, photos, packing lists).
  • Monitor order progress, escalate delays, and support the COM WG representative for the Low KVA portfolio.
  • Support logistics activities by validating shipping data and coordinating with warehouse and transport teams.
  • Prepare operational reports and ensure data accuracy in line with ISO 9001 quality standards.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including process optimization and work standard documentation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn operational and supply chain processes.
  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
  • English language proficiency (minimum B1/B2).
  • Basic MS Office skills (Excel, Outlook).
  • ERP experience (SAP/Movex) is an advantage but not required.
