• C9 level role within the Fixed Income Cash Sales Middle Office in Japan who supports Cash Fixed Income Sales activities (Rates, Credit, Muni, Mortgage)
• The team is based across Tokyo and Okinawa and has global exposure
• Handle multiple BAU tasks at a time; ensure trades are booked correctly, ensure trade confirmations are sent timely, work with our clients and business acting as point of contact to resolve any queries in collaboration with regional / global and internal/ external stakeholders
• Recommend solutions to resolve complex issues
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor
   

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s/University degree
• Relevant experience in Fixed Income or Equity Cash Sales Middle Office, or Fixed Income Settlement Operations (preferred)
• Demonstrated comprehension of Fixed Income (preferred)
• Energetic, flexible, collaborative, and proactive
• Strong, influential communicator who is articulate and concise, demonstrated success interacting with stakeholders in the business as well as the Operations, and Technologies
• Strong risk management and control mindset
• Self-reliant, good problem solver, results oriented
• Japanese: native or business level for both writing and speaking where client service can be provided
• English: business level
