We`re seeking someone to join our Finance Model Control Office team as a Senior Executive Director in Finance to lead model and tool governance across the global finance organization. This role reports to the Global Head of Finance Operations and manages a geographically distributed team of FTEs and consultants. The Head of MCO is accountable for establishing and maintaining robust model risk management practices, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements in relevant jurisdictions, and serving as a partner to senior finance and Firm Model Risk Management (MRM) leadership. The team partners closely with first- and second-line risk teams, operating as 1.5 line for model risk management governance and assurance, while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.

In the Finance division, we act as a partner to business units around the globe by providing management, review, analysis and advisory services of the Firm`s financial and capital resources.

What you'll do in the role:
> Technical Oversight: Oversee the lifecycle of finance models and tools globally, including identification, inventory, documentation, tiering, risk ranking, and control standards.
> Policy & Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to global model risk management policies, end user computing (EUC) policies, and evolving regulatory requirements
> Senior Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a key liaison to senior finance leaders, Firm MRM leadership, and regulatory/compliance teams. Communicate model risk findings, governance updates, and strategic initiatives
> Team Management: Build, lead, and develop a geographically distributed team
> Foster a culture of collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement
> Assurance & Reporting: Oversee assurance reviews and reporting frameworks to monitor model and tool performance, issues, and remediation actions globally
> Ensure the team provides effective advisory, challenge and oversight, bridging the gap between first and second line

What you'll bring to the role:
> Experience in global model risk management, quantitative analysis, or governance within a large, matrixed organization.
> Demonstrated senior leadership experience, including managing geographically distributed teams
> Proven track record of successful collaboration with senior stakeholders and executive leadership globally
> Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
> At least 12 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role
