- Experience with cross-border eCommerce business and digital marketing
- Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently to support client relationship management in this region

- Experience in partnership development and agreements negotiations
- Experience building processes, managing projects, and leading complex programs with a broad range of internal and external constituents simultaneously
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to think strategically about complex issues and develop actionable recommendations
- Established relationships within cross-border eCommerce industry
As a Strategic Partnerships Development Manager, you will be part of a strategic and ambiguous market initiative to accelerate Google’s new customer acquisitions and growth in our priority cities, through strengthening Google’s strategic presence and ecosystem partnerships in cross-border eCommerce industry, and implementing scalable market education programs and customer onboarding solutions with external partners and agencies.

- Build and develop strategic partnerships with ecosystem partners and service providers, fostering relationships and nurturing long-term collaboration opportunities.
- Navigate through partner complexities and stakeholder dynamics to co-create innovative solutions and incentives that address common pain points for new customers activating DTC business with Google. Lead negotiations and implementations, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
