As our P&C Operations Partner, you’ll be the go-to person for HR operations in Ukraine and Kazakhstan, supporting payroll and data accuracy across the wider EMEA East region. You’ll handle key HR admin tasks - from onboarding and offboarding to maintaining employee records, managing absences, and ensuring our HR systems (Workday) stay tidy and up to date.

You’ll collaborate closely with colleagues across borders, so communication, structure, and teamwork will be your daily superpowers.

What you’ll do

• Coordinate payroll processes for Ukraine and Kazakhstan, ensuring accuracy and local compliance.
• Manage HR administration: onboarding, offboarding, absence tracking, documentation, and HRIS (Workday) updates.
• Maintain employee data with precision and care.
• Support HR lifecycle processes and partner with Finance, auditors, and local authorities.
• Identify opportunities to streamline operations and contribute to continuous improvement projects.
