Job Summary
Under general supervision, this role supports supply chain stability by leveraging statistical analysis, planning systems, and cross-functional collaboration to align demand and supply plans. The position plays a key role in coordinating Value Package Introduction (VPI) programs, managing material flow, supporting production alignment, and ensuring optimal inventory levels to meet customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities 1. VPI Program Coordination & Execution
- Provide coordination and execution support for critical VPI programs.
- Ensure seamless integration of new product introductions into production workflows.
- Track milestones and proactively resolve cross-functional bottlenecks.
- Coordinate PFEP activities for new programs with SMEs and ensure smooth handover to production.
2. Shop Planning & Production Alignment
- Align shop floor planning with the master production schedule.
- Monitor schedule adherence and support corrective actions where required.
- Coordinate production priorities in line with business needs.
3. Dispatch & Delivery Coordination
- Coordinate dispatch activities to ensure timely customer deliveries.
- Synchronize production output with dispatch schedules.
- Monitor domestic and export shipment commitments to meet delivery targets.
4. Cross-Functional Material Flow Management
- Coordinate effectively between Warehouse and Production teams.
- Ensure timely availability and movement of raw materials and finished goods.
- Identify and mitigate disruptions in material flow.
- Support end-to-end PFEP implementation for efficient supply chain operations.
5. Warehouse Operations Oversight
- Supervise warehouse operations related to VPI programs.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and operational discipline.
- Ensure compliance with standard warehouse processes and systems.
6. Supply Chain Planning & Inventory Management
- Perform supply and demand analysis and highlight risks over a 12-month horizon.
- Determine and maintain optimal inventory levels using planning tools and analytics.
- Monitor and act on abnormal demand or inventory signals.
- Execute planning parameter updates (min/max levels, reorder points, etc.) after validation.
- Support simulation and scenario analysis to evaluate supply chain performance.
7. Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) and Quality
- Comply with all HSE standards, policies, and procedures.
- Report incidents, hazards, or unsafe conditions promptly.
- Follow standard work instructions and quality processes.
- Perform quality checks on planning parameters and operational processes.
8. Continuous Improvement & Team Collaboration
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives across quality, safety, and material flow.
- Communicate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
- Support data gathering, analysis, and reporting activities.
- Remain flexible to perform additional duties aligned with business needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Additional certification or diploma in Supply Chain, Operations, or Engineering (preferred).
- May require compliance-related licensing (e.g., export control regulations).

QUALIFICATIONS
Experience
- Requires some relevant work experience in supply chain, materials planning, production planning, or warehouse operations.
- Intermediate level knowledge gained through training or on-the-job experience.
- Exposure to planning systems, PFEP, inventory management, and cross-functional coordination is preferred.
