Summary :
The Manager, Product Marketing T&E, EEMEA is the leader responsible for planning, executing and tracking the translation of the central marketing strategy into the local marketing strategy, by leading the product management team and working in close collaboration with the other (Sr) Managers Product Marketing, Marketing Directors, education team, brand managers and the commercial leaders in the region.
What you will do :
Translate central strategies (AMP, SAMP) into local action plans, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives, regional priorities, and KPIs. Lead the creation, alignment, and execution of local AMPs (Annual Marketing Plans), driving tactical execution while monitoring progress and adjusting as necessary to meet targets. Continuously learn from market and competitive trends and adjust strategies and tactics to maintain a competitive edge.
Stay up to date on competitive insights (new product launches, pricing trends, industry news, etc.) and integrate these insights into strategy development and refinement. Share relevant market and competitive insights with the central marketing team to support strategy adjustments and future planning.
Develop and implement tools, templates, and processes that ensure marketing excellence, consistency, and measurement across regions and functions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, share, and implement best practices, driving continuous improvement across the business.
Analyze business performance and identify opportunities for growth, proposing strategic adjustments to capture market share and increase profitability. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities, ensuring that plans are driving business acquisition, retention, and long-term success.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), customers, and other stakeholders to drive business acquisition, retention, and market presence. Collaborate with the local sales organization to ensure marketing initiatives support sales goals and profit targets, adapting strategies as needed based on feedback from the sales team.
Support sales teams by providing product training, preparing for tenders, and facilitating customer visits to ensure alignment between marketing and sales objectives. Ensure that sales teams have the necessary resources to effectively execute marketing strategies and achieve sales targets.
Develop, manage, and optimize the marketing budget, ensuring alignment with business priorities and growth objectives. Regularly evaluate and explain budget variances, making data-driven decisions to improve financial efficiency and impact.
Champion operational excellence by driving efficiency in marketing processes and initiatives, focusing on continuous improvement and value creation. Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and assess the effectiveness of marketing activities.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of product managers, ensuring alignment with company values, fostering a collaborative work environment, and supporting individual growth. Champion the development of team members’ skills and capabilities to ensure they remain agile and adaptable to changing business needs.
Represent the business unit in cross-functional enterprise-wide projects, initiatives, and transformations that contribute to the company’s strategic goals. Champion organizational, technological, and cultural changes required to drive innovation, growth, and efficiency within the business
What you need :
8+ years of marketing experience, including at least 2 years in a Marketing Manager role
Bachelor's degree is required. MBA is a plus
Track record of driving profitable growth, new product development and introduction, and creating and execution of successful marketing strategies at regional and local level.
Background in MedTech or B2B healthcare with a proven track record of driving growth.
High integrity, strong organizational skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
Full management experience leading teams and developing talent.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines
Ability to be persuasive in the absence of organizational authority
Must be able to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policies
Demonstrated ability to manage geographically dispersed team including international direct reports
Strong Cultural awareness (awareness of cultural diversity in EEMEA)
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
