- Analyse licensing data and entitlement information
- Execute tasks with accuracy, quality, and within defined SLAs
- Coordinate workload allocation within project teams. Conduct quality reviews and support team coaching
- Prepare and deliver customer‑ready presentations and reports
- Participate in domain mentorship and skill-building initiatives
- Work with SAM/ITAM tools (e.g., MAP, Snow, Flexera, ServiceNow)
- Act as SPOC for subsidiaries on xDC service delivery
- Support project execution alongside Team Leads
