Access Management Analyst

We are seeking an Access Management Analyst to manage user identities, accounts, and permissions across our business applications and IT platforms. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, follow established security procedures, and contribute to maintaining a controlled, compliant, and efficient access environment.

What you’ll do

• Manage cases and tasks in the ITSM tool

Handle and resolve access-related requests through RemedyForce, ensuring timely processing, proper documentation, and adherence to SLAs.

• Create, modify, and deactivate accounts in Active Directory

Administer user accounts in Active Directory, including profile updates, permission adjustments, account deactivation, and expiration date modifications—all aligned with corporate security policies.

• Access management across business applications and IT platforms

Assign, modify, or revoke permissions in core business applications, ensuring users have the appropriate access levels and privileges to perform their responsibilities securely.

• Manage the lifecycle of Microsoft 365 licenses and accounts

Oversee the creation and maintenance of impersonal accounts (shared mailboxes, service accounts) and manage the licensing lifecycle within Microsoft 365 to ensure proper resource allocation and efficient usage.

• Execute security controls and manage documentation

Perform required access controls, respond to on-demand analyses, and provide information to internal stakeholders. Maintain accurate documentation such as user guides, process descriptions, activity logs, and audit evidence to support compliance and traceability.
