Job Details

Morgan Stanley Human Resources Rewards and Analytics department is seeking an experienced professional to lead compensation for a global client. This is a Vice President level position.

The primary functions of the group include, but are not limited to:
- Facilitate the year-end salary and bonus processes and provide end to end support throughout the process

- Facilitate Analyst Program Mid-Year Compensation process

- Compensation modeling and analyses
- Compensation competitive benchmarking
- Compensation expense planning/forecasting, coordinating monthly bonus accrual, and preparation of base salary budgets - all with accompanying analytics
- Preparation of senior management exhibits and presenting to management teams to make critical business decisions

- Partner with clients on a wide variety of human capital analytics (including, but not limited to: promotions, hiring, talent, attrition, workforce activity, ad-hoc requests)
- Collaborate with various partners, including HR Business Partners, Corporate Compensation, Executive Compensation, Finance. HR Operations, and Senior Clients

What you'll bring to the role:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 6+ Years Professional Related Work Experience, preferably in Investment Banking or Global Capital Markets 

- Ability to develop analytics from multiple streams of data, interpret & analyze trends, develop meaningful story/recommendation and communicate the information in a logical concise way
- Must have ability to manage projects in addition to daily responsibilities, ensuring accurate delivery of product to senior management and external stakeholders
- Strong process and project-management skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, re-prioritize as needed and problem-solve autonomously
- Strong client focus and team player
- Must have superior attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills with ability to convey complex ideas clearly & concisely
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Interest in learning new systems and technologies
- Enjoy high-volume, fast-paced, and dynamic environment
- Approaches work with mindset to continuously improve and streamline processes

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $120,000 and $200,00 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
