 Deliver reliable equipment performance: Repair, maintain, and troubleshoot machinery to maximize uptime and support smooth manufacturing operations.

 Bring craftsmanship to every task: Apply high standards of workmanship, ensuring repairs and installations are done right the first time.

 Strengthen quality outcomes: Follow documentation and specifications, perform inspections, and raise issues early to reduce cost, rework, and quality risk.

 Drive preventive thinking: Contribute clear feedback to preventive maintenance systems and support downtime and failure analysis.

 Improve processes and flow: Partner with peers to identify constraints, solve problems, and participate in continuous improvement and TPM activities.

 Operate with skill and independence: Select and use the right tools, machinery, and test equipment confidently while continuing to build technical expertise.

 Be a dependable team contributor: Communicate clearly, complete training, maintain a clean and orderly workspace, and support business goals beyond core tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES

To be successful, you will need to consistently demonstrate the following:

 Collaborate with purpose: Build trust-based partnerships across teams, working together to solve problems and achieve shared manufacturing goals.

 Communicate with clarity: Tailor your message to your audience—whether peers, leaders, or support teams—so expectations, risks, and solutions are clearly understood.

 Stay customer-focused: Understand internal and external customer needs and deliver solutions that support quality, reliability, and on-time delivery.

 Make sound decisions: Use available data, experience, and judgment to make timely decisions that keep work moving safely and efficiently.

 Know yourself and grow: Seek feedback, reflect on outcomes, and use that insight to strengthen your skills and address development areas.

 Drive results under pressure: Stay focused and resilient, consistently delivering results even when priorities shift or challenges arise.

 Learn fast and adapt: Embrace new problems as learning opportunities, using both wins and setbacks to continuously improve your approach.

 Lead with safety first: Model proactive health and safety behaviors, recognize and control electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic hazards, and help build an interdependent, injury-free culture.

 Apply manufacturing know-how: Use your understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment to implement effective changes and support continuous improvement.
