DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a talented Skilled Technician – Level II to join our team specializing in Manufacturing at our facility in Mineral Point, WI, US.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

 Keep people safe, always: You’ll actively protect yourself and others by following HSE standards, stopping work when hazards appear, and promoting a culture where everyone looks out for one another.

 Maximize equipment reliability: Your skilled maintenance and repair work will directly improve uptime, reduce unplanned downtime, and strengthen failure analysis efforts.

 Deliver high-quality workmanship: By following specifications, diagrams, and quality procedures, you’ll ensure repairs and maintenance are done right the first time.

 Strengthen preventive maintenance: Your documentation and feedback will improve the PM system, helping prevent failures before they impact production.

 Improve processes and reduce waste: You’ll identify constraints, raise cost and quality risks, and contribute practical solutions through continuous improvement and TPM activities.

 Protect the environment: You’ll recognize how your work affects the environment and take action to minimize negative impacts in daily operations.

 Support smooth operations: Through effective communication and teamwork, you’ll help align maintenance, production, and support teams to meet business goals.

 Grow capability and standards: By building technical skills, completing training, and modeling best practices, you’ll raise overall competency and reliability across the operation.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:

High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience:

Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
