Job Details
NopSec is looking for a Director of Sales to help lead our internal sales organization by working with potential customers and internal team members to drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities will include:
- Lead a quota-carrying sales team focused on medium- and enterprise-size organizations
- Collaborate with account managers and sales engineers to build account strategies and purchase plans that align customer business and security needs with NopSec’s platform and services, encouraging program maturity
- Drive the new logo sales process, including deal interrogation and sales cycle management
- Ensure achievement of monthly sales activities and quarterly revenue goals
- Maintain accurate CRM data and provide reliable forecasts to sales leadership
- Actively participate in territory planning and opportunity development
- Work closely with pre-sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to coordinate growth activities
You’re a great fit if you:
- Have 5+ years of experience selling SaaS B2B solutions to enterprise-level clients
- Have 2+ years of experience managing a team of quota-carrying SaaS sales professionals
- Possess strong client-facing presentation and communication skills across all organizational levels, from analyst to CISO
- Have experience selling in the vulnerability management or cyber exposure management space
- Thrive in an open, transparent environment and a flat organization where the best idea wins
- Dislike office politics
Bonus qualifications:
- BS degree or related field
- Interest and experience in cybersecurity and a desire to learn more
- Experience with SaaS enterprise sales
- Previous startup experience
