Process and Quality Analyst

Job Functions and Responsibilities

• Identify and document processes.

• Propose improvement opportunities and carry out their implementation and follow-up until the expected results are achieved.

• Conduct internal audits for incidents and requests handled by the Service Center.

• Contact users who have expressed negative feedback (detractors) to reach agreements that help improve their expectations.
