Job Functions and Responsibilities
Identify and document processes.
Propose improvement opportunities and carry out their implementation and follow-up until the expected results are achieved.
Conduct internal audits for incidents and requests handled by the Service Center.
Contact users who have expressed negative feedback (detractors) to reach agreements that help improve their expectations.
