We’re seeking someone to join our team as a Treasury Data Solutions Specialist to work in our Finance Division.
In the Finance division, we act as a partner to business units around the globe by providing management, review, analysis, and advisory services of the Firm’s financial and capital resources. This is an Associate position within our Corporate Treasury & Capital Planning Job Family.

What you’ll do in the role:
Collaborate with a varied group of colleagues in Finance and across the Firm
Responsible for and lead aspects of individual and team deliverables and projects, leveraging in-depth knowledge of Finance functional area, product and/or client segments
Adhere to the Firm's risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls; proactively identify ways to reduce risk in work
Act as a culture carrier; embody and set an example of the Firm's values and hold yourself and others accountable to Firm standards
Assist in project management for automation initiatives, including creating timelines, tracking milestones, coordinating meetings, and preparing status reports to ensure projects stay on schedule.
Handle administrative tasks such as documentation, data organization, stakeholder communications, and maintaining records of automation frameworks, needs assessments, and efficiency metrics.
Provide technical support for local automation efforts, including developing and implementing solutions using VBA for Excel automation, Power BI for data visualization and reporting. (Python for scripting and data manipulation, and API integrations for seamless data flows is a plus.)
Conduct basic data analysis to identify automation opportunities, evaluate data ownership structures, and estimate time savings or process improvements.
Collaborate with technology teams and local stakeholders to define requirements, test solutions, and troubleshoot issues in automation workflows.
Support the evaluation and rollout of new tools or processes to enhance Treasury operations.
Contribute to knowledge sharing by documenting best practices and training materials for automation efforts
What you’ll bring to the role:
In-depth knowledge of Treasury, product and/or technical skills, as well as of industry and competitive environment
Ability to operate independently with respect to most job responsibilities
Ability to provide positive and constructive feedback and innovate processes
A strong sense of organization and time management skills
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Basic project management knowledge, such as familiarity with methodologies like Agile or Waterfall
Proficiency in VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) for automating Excel tasks
Working knowledge of Power BI (PBI) for building dashboards and reports
Strong foundational data analyst skills, including data cleaning, visualization, and basic statistical analysis using tools like Excel, Python libraries (e.g., Pandas), or similar
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Basic programming skills in Python, including scripting for data processing and automation is preferred
Understanding of API solutions, including how to integrate and utilize APIs for data exchange is nice to have
At least 4 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role
