DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a talented Product Manager to join our Brake and Drivetrain team in Florence, KY. Product managers oversee all facets of their respective product line including launching new products, marketing and promoting their lines, supporting our outside sales team, developing and presenting business plans and implementing annual pricing actions.

RESPONSIBILITIES
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
- Strategic Product Line Planning: Ability to develop long-term product strategies, forecasts, and annual operating plans that align with business objectives and drive growth.
- Marketing Mix and Launch Expertise: Proficiency in designing and executing all elements of the marketing mix to support successful product introductions and lifecycle management.
- Pricing and Promotion Management: Skill in driving pricing strategies and promotional activities throughout the product lifecycle to optimize market performance and profitability.
- Brand and Communication Leadership: Capability to implement branding strategies and lead internal and external communications that reinforce product positioning and value.
- Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Experience in leveraging market insights to define competitive stance and tailor approaches for target segments based on customer and competitor understanding.
- Customer Satisfaction and Issue Resolution: Commitment to improving customer satisfaction and resolving elevated product-related issues with urgency and professionalism.
- Cross-Functional and Global Collaboration: Ability to work across functions and geographies to ensure consistent execution and global profitability of the product line.
- Team Development and Process Improvement: Skill in guiding Product Managers, delegating effectively, and recommending process enhancements that improve product delivery and organizational efficiency.
Education, Licenses, Certifications:
College, university, or equivalent degree in Marketing, Sales, technical, or a related subject required.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Experience:
Significant relevant work experience required, including supervisory experience.
QUALIFICATIONS
Job is based in Florence KY , with an option to work from home two days per week (Team selected Tuesday and Friday as remote days).
