DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a talented Analytics Solution Design Leader to join our team specializing in Systems/Information Technology in Indianapolis, IN.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- System Component Breakdown : By defining and allocating functions to system components, you’ll ensure a clear and efficient system architecture.
- Reusable Standards and Patterns : Developing reusable design patterns and configurations will streamline future projects and enhance consistency.
- Collaborative Solutions : Working closely with project and product teams, you’ll deliver tailored solutions that meet specific capability requests.
- Cost/Benefit Analysis : Conducting thorough analyses will guide strategic decisions on future state capabilities, balancing innovation with cost-effectiveness.
- Governance and Compliance : Leading the creation of governing principles and auditing designs will ensure adherence to architectural standards and facilitate smooth change management.
- Performance Monitoring : By monitoring and optimizing architecture performance, you’ll prevent issues and maintain system efficiency when new capabilities are introduced.
- Strategic Roadmaps : Collaborating with stakeholders to develop and implement future state architecture roadmaps will align technology strategy with business goals.
- Mentorship and Industry Engagement : Mentoring less experienced architects and engaging with industry experts will foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

- Project Issue and Risk Management : Identify, assess, and prioritize issues and risks, taking proactive steps to minimize negative impacts and maximize positive outcomes.
- Valuing Differences : Recognize and appreciate the value of diverse perspectives and cultures, fostering an inclusive and innovative work environment.
Education, Licenses, Certifications:
- College, university, or equivalent degree in relevant technical discipline, or relevant equivalent experience required.
- This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Experience:
- Significant experience in a relevant discipline area is required with a demonstrated track record of architecture and design for cloud-based platforms.
- Knowledge of the latest trends in emerging technologies is highly preferred and includes:
- Analyzing complex business systems, industry requirements, and governance and creating solution designs from them
- Proven Architecture and design experience for cloud-based platforms
- Significant experiences in the following are preferred:
- Experience with architecting and integrating enterprise systems and data
- Experience in defining and weighing the trade-offs of different solution options
- Experience with IoT technology
- Experience in Agile software development and DevSecOps
QUALIFICATIONS
Additional Experience Needed:
- Experience in data management, analytics, machine learning, solution architecture, GenAI or a related field, with a proven track record of designing and implementing complex analytics solutions.
- Focus on Analytics platforms and Digital Solutions.
Required Technical Skills :
- Expertise in data engineering and integration (API’s etc), data modeling, machine learning model management, MLOPs, DevOps.
- Proficiency in tools and technologies such as SQL, Python or R or Scala.
- Understanding of Hadoop, Spark architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure preferred).
- Ability to implement data security and governance frameworks.
Nice to have:
- Experience in Databricks, Snowflake and Neo4J (In that order of preference)
- Experience in designing cloud solutions using Azure cloud platform.
- Expertise in machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and statistical methods.
Additional Key Responsibilities:
- Willing to lead a team and be a people manager.
- Able to coach architects on the team. Guide and drive work aligned with priorities. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to data scientists , data engineers & data analysts fostering best practices in machine learning and software development.
- Collaborate with IT and functional stakeholders to influence change in a positive way.
